Danielle has always had a passion for caring for animals, fostering numerous pets, volunteering at the zoo, and caring for and transporting injured and orphaned wildlife. She has worked in many areas of animal care throughout the years - from grooming dogs to caring for homeless pets at the Humane Society - but has come to the conclusion that veterinary medicine is her favorite field by far.
Danielle has a keen interest in emergency medicine, low-stress handling practices, and animal behavior. She has attended many training and behavior classes and seminars and is always looking to learn more about what makes animals tick and how to help them be happy and healthy. In her free time she enjoys listening to podcasts and audiobooks while going on long walks with her dog, tending to her garden, and just relaxing with a good tv show or video game.
